Article 1 — Identity

Article 2 — Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements via naïa.eu. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Article 3 — Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices shown at the time of ordering are binding. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors.
Article 4 — Ordering
An agreement is formed once we have sent an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made via the methods available on our website (iDEAL, credit card, SEPA, Bancontact, PayPal). Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
Article 6 — Delivery
- Delivery time: 2–4 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium, 3–6 business days for Germany
- Delivery to the address you provided
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery
Article 7 — Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel via your account or by emailing hello@naia.eu before the next dispatch date to prevent further charges.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receipt to cancel without reason. See our Return Policy for the full procedure. Products with a broken seal are excluded for hygiene reasons.
Article 9 — Warranty
Our products meet all EU legal requirements and have been tested for safety. In case of non-conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement or cancellation of the agreement.
Article 10 — Liability
NAÏA Pure Care is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited in all cases to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 11 — Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 — Complaints
File complaints via hello@naia.eu. We respond within 5 business days. EU dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 13 — Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
