Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This statutory right of withdrawal applies under EU consumer law.

2. How to return?

1. Email hello@naia.eu with subject "Return" and your order number
2. We will send you return instructions within 2 business days
3. Return the product unused and in original packaging within 14 days of your notification

3. Conditions

• Product is unused, unopened and in original packaging
• Return shipment is complete (including accessories and documents)
• Products with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

4. Your options

• Full refund: purchase amount refunded to the original payment method
• Exchange: swap for another product of equal value

5. Return shipping costs

• Defective or wrong product: we cover return costs in full
• Withdrawal (changed your mind): return costs are at the buyer's expense

6. Refund timeline

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund within 14 business days to the original payment method, including the original shipping costs.

7. Received a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours at hello@naia.eu with photos. We will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

8. Subscriptions

Cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing hello@naia.eu. Cancellations take effect before the next dispatch date.
